This is the second property I've lived that's been managed by EBMC and I have nothing but praise. Richard (maintenance) has been completely wonderful, having been doing all sorts of upgrades and fixes for us, over the years, but especially recently. He does such a great job (and always in a timely manner), is personable, funny, and kind- answers any questions that I may have, and is consistently a pleasure to have dealings with. I’ve had a great experience with this rental property management company. They have been extremely fair and have addressed any and all service issues I’ve had here. Ina Brown helped me get the utilities straightened out due to them being left in the old tenants name and were supposed to be under the owner of the house.
