Worst management company ever. They have zero understanding when experiencing hardships such as a natural disaster even when you let them know they fail to tell you about the late fees and the collection fees you will incur even tho they state they understand and are willing to work with you. Don’t fall for the lies like I did. I am still fighting them to this day. Awful customer service.

This place is a major scam. Avoid at all costs. We were charged a late fee on top a late fee for the same transaction! And to make matters worse, the fee was higher than the original late fee. When explained over the phone by Jackie Sterk, she essentially laughed and try to justify sending a letter and postage for the outrageous $23 dollars on top of the $20.00 that was imposed for the late transaction.
