Worst management company our hoa has ever worked with.
This place is a major scam. Avoid at all costs. We were charged a late fee on top a late fee for the same transaction! And to make matters worse, the fee was higher than the original late fee. When explained over the phone by Jackie Sterk, she essentially laughed and try to justify sending a letter and postage for the outrageous $23 dollars on top of the $20.00 that was imposed for the late transaction. This property management company is exceptionally unprofessional. If they have any issues or problems, they will shoot first and ask questions later. In other words, they will blame you for things that are not your responsibility. I’ve been elected in the past three Separate times for two year terms as a president for previous homeowners association with as many units as there are here at Country Villa Court.
