Rude personnel when tried to call. Keep blaming the residents for the issues. Trash chute broken never fixed. HOA fee consistently increasing every year for poor service
Live in community they manage. They do nothing right
My home flooded and because it was over a certain amount I had to go through HOA insurance. My insurance was quick but this HOA took its sweet time. I was out of a kitchen for 4 months. They kept giving me vague answers. Also very hard to get a hold of anyone. When answering the phone they're not very friendly. Also had to wait to get my kitchen fixed because the kevin is on vacation. They should have a back up person for this. They've costed me a lot of money because I don't have kitchen to use! OMG this company never picks up the phone and when they finally did Kevin had such a TERRABLE attitude and never call me back. I wish they could do better
I've tried to get in touch with the office multiple times regarding an issue my step mother is having but the company will not reply to me. My step mother is having a family crisis and let Kevin know of the issue but he will not address the issue with me.
