I lived here for several years and did feel comfortable enough to call this place home until I had to move. Location was good for public transit and easily accessible to the freeway. The manager Hugo was very helpful whenever possible. Regarding temperature, it felt like it was always 10 degrees hotter inside no matter the season. I think this is one of my most favorite apartments! The complex is clean, the manager Hugo is friendly, and super helpful, you can tell that the manager gets things done. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean.

I had a ok experience here, two bedroom apartments with washer and dryer hook ups and small patios, no dogs allowed though. I don’t suggest planting big trees because you have to dig them out of the ground when you move. I had to dig some bushes out from the previous tenant smh, this apartments have really poor insulation so they get super cold in the winter and really hot in the summer . I love how the apartments are now getting an upgrade to meet our needs. The manager,Hugo, is there when I need something fixed and does it in a timely manner. This is the place to live.
