This is a very clean place and the staff members are very helpful they genuinely care for the patients and that makes a difference .
Was assigned this office as my PCP but will be changing my doctor. They don't conduct breast exams as part of the physical, even if you ask for one. They will refer you out. You have to schedule a separate appt if you want a pap smear. And I think they said their office manager conducts them? Was confused by that. They didn't discuss diet or exercise whatsoever, they did not offer a current COVID vaccine, they did bloodwork and when I was high in potassium they left a voicemail telling me to google it. Very rude receptionist I dealt with 3 all very rude maybe even racist I would never refer anyone to go to that facility on top of that they need a housekeeper I simply asked for a referral I was given all kind of attitude an told to go sit down and we can’t help u out even after I explained it’s an emergency I can’t walk without this brace I need they didn’t care at all…beware of this clinic they should be ashamed smh 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Yes my Counselor Vannessa sure has made my life easier because she stays ahead of being more useful by always being asertive towards others in our helping people other people
