Very great units and property in excellent quiet location. Pros and Cons Pros: Maintained well clean property and units Good off street parking Greatest low rents in Atlanta with easier qualify income Close to freeways access and shopping areas Cons Some outdated appliances and bath fixtures Terribly small closets and kitchen counters Terrible cell phone reception indoors Hardwood flooring coating is really terrible (peels off in small flakes everywhere) Overall it's a great place to live

I lived here for almost three years and could not be more disappointed in the quality of living. Irrigation is abysmal and you’ll never get away from the mud. I slipped and fell at least 3 separate times. Should have sued. This place is way overpriced for about 400 sf of useable space. No central hvac so you’ll enjoy sweating all summer and freezing all winter. There’s no microwave or dishwasher in kitchen. I love my apartment at Euclid Court. I've been here almost 2 years and the property manager and maintenance staff are on point and very friendly. They are attentive and quite knowledgeable as well.
