I purchased a car outright within 2 weeks after taking the car off the lot (paid in full); but it has been nearly 3 months, and they do not return calls for week(s) at a time concerning title and registration and license plates have not been received yet. Awesome people to do business with from the initial test drive to the final purchase. They carry a great selection of very nice cars and they don't dicker on price because they are priced very fairly I found after shopping around at several other dealers. Vitaly was great and respected my busy schedule by having the car and paperwork ready when I arrived to complete the purchase after a phone call.
I normally don't do reviews on auto dealerships because I've had nothing but bad experiences from them. But I have to admit, this dealership was pretty awesome. Oscar was a great help with the vehicle i purchased. He answered many of my questions over the last few days. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service from my salesman, the entire staff engaged in conversations with me and asked me about my family. I felt super comfortable as if I were in my own home. I was offered water, coffee, even a meal after a very long wait but I didn't mind at all I was kept company the whole time I was there. Would definitely return for myself or recommend any of my family or friends! Best place to go to buy a luxury vehicle hands down!
