I had a significant amount of pain in my ribs after 3 months of nagging my primary he told me to see a specialist. I saw the "Spine Specialist" in Bassett about my pain in my mid back (Shoulder Blades) They told me it was "A sprain from my workers compensation injury. Dr. Etzl would said he was "not happy and something was wrong. I tried to persuade him not to X-ray me again because I did not want to pay for another X-ray. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
