I've been going here for 4 years and I've always had a good experience! I get my hair done by Olivia and she follows the pictures I show really well.
Appointment at 12pm, I arrived at 12:05, waited until 12:35 to wash my hair, then waited another 15 mins and still nobody came to cut my hair. Terrible service, unprofessional staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Let me just preface by saying I have not gotten my haircut in America since I was 5 years old. I heard a lot of great reviews about Olivia at this salon so that was who I booked. Shes very focused when she cuts hair and works fast. I asked for side bangs and soft layers and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Shes very sweet too and she will ask you multiple times if you like the haircut. I will definitely revisit this salon in the future! Olivia is the absolute best! Super kind and takes her time to explain her process and prioritizes hair health. She did a wonderful job on my hair.
It was my first time here at Etude Salon and Olivia was amazing! She’s so sweet, talented and pays attention to detail when she does your hair. I loved my experience and would definitely come back! Thank you Olivia for bringing my hair back to life :)
