I had a really great experience living at Etta and genuinely loved my time in the building. The apartments are modern, clean, and spacious, and despite being near South Van Ness, noise was never an issue — the windows block out almost everything. The building is extremely well maintained, super clean, and always felt safe, including with packages and mail. The location is a huge plus. I have lived at Etta for three years and could not be happier. The staff always go above and beyond. Shout out to Edlynn, Tina, and Jorge for always being on top of everything! Just renewed my lease and super happy to be able to stay here another year.
