Etta is a wonderful place to call home! The apartments, building, and neighbors are all great. What makes this place so special is the staff, Tina and Edlynn are lovely and so helpful to residents. We have left buildings in the city over rude/awkward staff and Etta provides a polar opposite experience. The building is well maintained and apartments are beautiful and spacious. 10/10. Highly recommend to live here.
Edlynn Yu has been an absolute standout in my rental search—by far one of the most flexible, kind, and genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She stands out not only for her professionalism but also for her integrity, which is rare to find in the rental world these days. I just moved back to San Francisco after a brief hiatus and into Etta and Edlynn was so incredibly helpful from the time I reached out through my move in. The building is well-organized and spotless and they use some great apps to make things easy. It feels like a well-oiled machine and my unit was clean and updated for move in. So far I’m very pleased with everything - thanks Edlynn!
Great apartment community with excellent management. We have renewed our lease multiple times and are pleased with the apartment, staff, and maintenance.
