Our experience with Etruscan and Todd was amazing. We needed a full tear off and replacement + new gutters which is not a quick or quiet job, but the crew did a fantastic job and our roof is *gorgeous*. I had numerous questions throughout the process and after, and Todd was always quick to respond and answer everything thoroughly. We've recommended them to at least three other friends and family members at this point and will continue to do so. 10/10!
Carlos is fantastic. Timely and communicative with the consultation. Was able to diagnose the issue quickly and took the time to educate me on it. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable in answering all of my questions. Saved me from costly roof ventilation modifications (which another company had recommended) with helpful general maintenance and monitoring tips for when Chicago has its cold snaps. Also took the time to show me the built in ventilation already present and visible on my roof. Highly recommend!
We had some leaks on a commercial building that other roofers failed to fix after multiple attempts. Etruscan fixed it last week, and we just had a big storm; not a drop I can see. Alex is amazing; thank you guys.
