We had our main roof and flat roof over an addition replaced on separate occasions. Afterwards, there were two separate instances of water intrusion which Etruscan diagnosed promptly and deterrmined they were due to other factors- not their work. No additional charges for either visit and they even applied a quick fix for one of them. Exemplary service!
Working with Shaun Payne and his crew was truly a wonderful experience. When we noticed that we had 3 small leaks in our house, we called Etruscan because we noticed they were constantly working in our area. Shaun came out the same day, physically went on the roof to inspect it, took photos and we were tarped the next day. This was in the Fall, 2024, and because of the cold weather, we had to wait until Spring, 2025, to have our roof and gutters replaced.
