I have been going to Etre Belle for services for a little over a year. The last time I was in, a woman who introduced herself as the new owner looked at my debit card receipt and told me that I shouldn't tip her staff so much and all but insisted I change the tip amount while pushing the slip and pen toward me across the counter.
