Called this company ETR while working down the street from me. Just needed freon checked an easy job. Said they probably couldn't get to it. Did not call me back. Oh well, another company black listed. IMO, stay away from companies that don't care to even call back. They clearly have plenty of work.
ETR Air Conditioning & Heating provided excellent service when our AC stopped working. The technician arrived quickly, explained the issue clearly, and had everything running again the same day. Very professional experience.
My A/C was giving me trouble and not cooling. Dennis Edwards was very informative, kind, and very nice to my kids. I would highly recommend ETR based off my experience with Dennis Edwards.
