They did such an awesome and quick job! I am 7.5 months pregnant so needless to say I NEEDED that AC. Jody came out first thing this morning and got us back up and running in no time. Can not recommend a better company to trust with your AC work!

We had our routine maintenance service visit with our usual service tech,Tyler. He is AWESOME! He found a slow leak in one of our older AC units and per my request, arranged for a salesman to contact me about replacing the unit (it's 20+ years old). That same day I was contacted by Jesus Estrella and I made an appointment for him to evaluate our system the following day. We had our HVAC maintenance performed by Alex today. He was a remarkable young man. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and educated us on the functions of our unit and thermostat. We would highly recommend Alex and will ask for him in the future for our maintenance service.

Called this company ETR while working down the street from me. Just needed freon checked an easy job. Said they probably couldn't get to it. Did not call me back. Oh well, another company black listed. IMO, stay away from companies that don't care to even call back. They clearly have plenty of work.

ETR Air Conditioning & Heating provided excellent service when our AC stopped working. The technician arrived quickly, explained the issue clearly, and had everything running again the same day. Very professional experience.
