First, they charged the wrong insurance company. Then, after numerous attempt to correct their error, they sent the bill to collection. Their phone customer care is ridiculous and I strongly advise against using them.
Same thing as everyone else on here they HAD MY INSURANCE INFO actually had PRE AUTHORIZATIONS FROM MY INSURANCE,,,, so why I have a 790 collection on my credit from them?! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
