I called the office about my appointment. A girl named Kat answered the telephone. She was EXTREMELY rude. She wanted to get into an argument with me about what SHE felt I told her on a previous telephone conversation. The attitude in this office is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. the girl that cleaned my teeth was extremely courteous, told me everything she was doing and was very friendly. the checking in receptionist was right on the ball I drove up and she came right out with the paperwork to fill out , then came right back and got me, plus the dentist was just as nice .

I have always had extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. My first visit with Gentle Dental went so well I decided that I would never go anywhere else! The staff is so patient and kind to each and every person that walks through their door. It is the most amazing feeling to be able to go to the dentist without a panic attack creeping up. I am truly grateful for Dr. Pate and his amazing team at Gentle Dental!
I hadn’t gone to the dentist for 15+ years because of a very traumatic childhood dental routine. I finally decided to find one. I googled “gentle dentist” near me and they popped up. I went in for my appointment and had a panic attack during the cleaning. The staff was SO kind and even talked me through alternative ideas. Great professional staff the entire office was well prepared clean and comfortable. The doctor was very easy going well prepared to share comments on my questions and to provide very informative alternative ways to handle my dental issues. His staff are very prompt and well manored.
