Brought my AW11 in for a swap. Kept my car for 2 years before it was done... would have probably been 3+ years if I wasn't constantly checking in. Terrible communication. Custom coolant reservoir mount they made broke off after one track day, found that they only put water in my cooling system after one of my coolant hoses blew... had to flush it out multiple times... along with a plethora of other issues that arose after the swap... poor workmanship for the amount of money paid.
