A little over a year and my new unit is already failing. Every single thing about this has been a botch job and I am tired of being told it is my fault for not acting sooner. We cannot recommend Ethridge heating & Air enough! It was Friday evening of Labor Day weekend 2023 when our air conditioner went out. Alex from Ethridge heating & Air responded and got us back up and running on Saturday of a holiday weekend and we were impressed with pricing and service.
