We called Ethos Roofing as our attic is too hot and may not be getting adequate ventilation. Lance spent a lot of time evaluating the roof, the intake soffits and the exhaust vents. He also made some repairs while on the roof, driving in loose nails, sealing exposed nail heads and painting a stack that was rusting. Lance and his team at Ethos did an incredibly thorough evaluation of our roof and identified damage beneath the tile shingles that was causing additional issues around the exterior of our home. They showed me photos of everything they found and clearly explained how they planned to repair it.
