Working with Nick was a great experience! I had a couple tiles I think my tree pushed off while growing on a gable, and had just the underlayment exposed. I had talked to a few different roofing companies and all quoted me much more, while also saying they probably couldn't get the tiles. We had Sam from ethos come out and check our roof for damages after a hail storm. They were able to get us scheduled the next day for an inspection. Sam showed up on time and was able to inspect our roof. Then he took the time to show me the things he found (via video) and make an overall recommendation. Our roof seems to have held up well and isn’t in need of repair or replacement (hooray). I so appreciated that he was honest about this because I don’t know anything about roofing. Sam came out to on Friday, gave the quote on the same day and then had his crew out on Monday! The fix was super fast and extremely reasonable to say the least. No insurance involved which makes things easier since the repair was less than the deductible. Had the job completed in less than 2.5 hours and nothing to worry about. Everyone was extremely professional and Sam is an encyclopedia of information when it comes to roofing. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future for anything I need on my roof. Had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Contacted Ethos after a home inspector uncovered what looked to be an “old leak stain” inside garage of home we were selling. Someone was out within a day or two and performed a water test which revealed a very small leak. Company provided video and pics of the problem and an estimate of what cost and scope of project would be. They were out to repair when they said they would be and completed the repairs beautifully.
