Customer service is amazing!
I had a number of issues with my tile roof, including broken tiles. Ethos (Nick Anest) responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They examined the roof and walked me through the necessary repairs using drone footage. They scheduled the work quickly and provided additional footage to show where they made the repairs. Nick's efforts in particular gave me great confidence in the entire effort. I plan to use Ethos for all future work on the room!
Dean and his crew were professional and amazing, my house looks great. Dean took care of my needs when we replaced our roof and skylight. Great job!!
