The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in any type of business. Two weeks after the fire and I still hadn't heard from them regarding the interior cleaning that most professionals say should be done within 3 days of a fire. When I did hear from them, the date had been set for the cleaning crew to show up. To my surprise (sarcasm) they were a no show. Not even a call. Consumer Beware - Ethos Restoration Group, Inc. called our company to order a garage door. One professional company to another we expected they would provide accurate measurements for the needed materials; however, once the door was ordered, received and scheduled for install we arrived on slated date for install to find Ethos provided inaccurate door measurements. Its so nice to deal with honest people in business. They will charge you a fair price and do everything possible to make sure you are happy. I will recommend them to all my friends.
