The testing felt inaccurate and the coaches didn’t seem experienced. Basic things like converting newtons to kilograms were a struggle, which doesn’t inspire confidence. My son had a complete fitness assessment done which was very impressive. I'll be given a complete report and a program. The instructors were professional and experienced. The facilities are fantastic and felt custom with a wide variety of equipment.
I’m more than satisfied with Ethos. They provide tailored programs, are very thorough in showing and helping on the spot, and are quick to give you answers and feedback. The people working there are truly wonderful.
