I had a very disappointing experience with Ethos Landscaping. From start to finish, communication was a major issue. Any time I tried to raise concerns, they were either ignored or dismissed without any acknowledgment. It felt impossible to have a constructive dialogue with them. The workers who showed up seemed very inexperienced. I had to constantly guide them through basic tasks, which defeated the purpose of hiring professionals in the first place. Had a pretty frustrating experience with Ethos Landscaping. Communication was awful, they brush off the concerns and just ignored them. The crew seemed super inexperienced; the work they do seems very shabby. The quality of the work wasn’t great, and they left yard waste (leaves and sticks) sitting around for weeks. On top of that, they’d blow leaves and debris into the bushes or along the fence and just leave it there. Really lazy work and not attentive. Definitely not worth the hassle.
Darren and his team at Ethos were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, professional, and delivered high-quality work. They made great recommendations for our landscaping, including flowers and plants, which we went with—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
Great company to deal with very professional and reliable unlike others ive dealt with in the area. They took care of our strata for years so when I sold my townhouse and bought a house I knew exactly who to call. Thanks for your great work as always.
These guys provide landscaping services for my strata! Quality has declined recently, and employees are too comfortable to clean and weed out. Time to look for new landscapers
