Loved Dr. Emily but after their old receptionist left who was amazing new person terrible! Was hung up and argued with. Definitely not going back would have liked to talk to someone manager wise but no one called back.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!! From scheduling to the fulfillment of the appointment, everyone was SO nice. From the moment I walked in, Kara greeted me and made sweet conversation, to Nicole THE BEST HYGENIEST EVER! She was so awesome and FAST. It had been some time between appointments and she gently and effectively got my teeth clean. Dr Emily is great and made me feel so comfortable. I am grateful to have found my new forever dentist. Went into collections for an $80 fee that I have zero idea as to what it regards. I've given positive reviews and thought I had a new dentist I can trust. I've been given no emails, messages or phone calls in regards to this which I would've acted upon promptly, but I've only received a collection notice. On top of that I head in to either pay or discuss these charges and their office states they're open until 2pm and arriving at 1:45 on a Friday they're already closed. Must be nice. Hygienist Nichole is absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate her! She is so amazing with my 3 daughters and my teeth as well! I have sensitive teeth and she is so gentle while leaving my teeth perfect! I can not say enough good things about her, Danielle the receptionist and Doctor Emily Hansen! All of the staff is so sweet, helpful and informative. Thank you all!!
All the staff is so amazing here! I've learned more about oral health & care from Nichole & Dr. Emily in the last few years than I have before at any other dental office. They all really care about their patients. Nichole makes sure to take her time cleaning and going over everything after. Best dental experience yet!
