They were fantastic to do business with, very good at communicating and working with me on designing a custom engagement ring with a paired wedding band. Very friendly and always replied promptly with the information I was asking for. Their programs for getting the design of the rings from a rough draft to what the final product would look like was also a fun process to see and made the decision much easier to make.

I can't say enough good things. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I went in needing a repair on a very delicate necklace, and not only was the repair perfect, it was done earlier than expected. 10/10 would recommend! They have a lot of beautiful pieces that you won't see everywhere else, in addition to beautiful art by local artists. Go check them out!

I have had the pictured platinum wedding ring for 19 years. I purchased it too small probably and also probably got too fat! So I took it in to get resized. Amelia helped me with sizing and called over the jeweller, Nicole, who also happened to be the owner. They attentively and quickly recommended stretching band. I have a silver wolf that I have worn for many years. Ethos did a fabulous job adding gold, from my late husbands wedding band, as the sun/moon & wind. Everyone who has seen it says it is stunning. Ethos jewelry took my fathers 125 year old watch fob that I ware as a bracelet and referbished the weak and worn links as I was afraid they would fail. They matched the antique rose gold perfectly and I cannot tell the strengthened links from the original links. I am pleased with their work and the fee was very resonable. I was so pleased with their work I returned a weel or so later with a gold omaga watch. I had outgrown the band and had taken it to two other jewlers in town who said they couldn't help me.
