Great apartment. Location, views and layout are all amazing. One huge flaw is I can hear every single thing my upstairs neighbor does, like the area between our apartments is completely hollow. I hear every footstep, I even hear flicking of light switches, it’s wild. Would be 5/5 without that very annoying one flaw. (Note: I dont even think my neighbor is loud, its just every single step is heard, not like they are running) Update: I had to update my review to a 1, there have been so many issues.
