A day away for the wife – I suprised my wife with a spa day at Etheria for her birthday. She was spoiled by the staff from beginning to end. I highly recommend it to those needs to get on the wife's good side..
Go Elsewhere! – I had high hopes about visiting Etheria due to the high citysearch rating. Unfortunately, my experience was absolutely awful. I went in for a cut and highlight, and left with my hair 3 inches shorter than I had requested and my hair color DARKER than when I went in. I complained to the front desk staff and they looked at me as though I were speaking a foreign language. I didn't even get a "sorry" or any sort of offer to reduce the $220 cost! What a rip-off! I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Excelent!!!! – The staff is very nice. They pay close attention to the customers and try to make you comfortable. The girls at the front desk are polite and courteous. I strongly recommed a massage from Amity. The manicures are wonderful, and Kevin is a wonderful stylist. Over all I love the service I recive when I go there.
a lovely afternoon – I was taken care of immediately upon walking in. Everyone was smiling and proffesional, and I loved the products and services they had to offer. I walked out looking and feeling great. I reccomend making an appointment.
Unprofessional – I made an appointment at Etheria for a spa day for my partner and me a week in advance. They confirmed both our times and our message therapists. We arrived at Etheria looking forward to a nice relaxing day after a three hour drive from Austin and they claimed we didn't have appointments. worst ever – I paid a lot and got the worst haircut I've ever had here.
WONDERFUL! – I can not say enough good things about Etheria. I have had several services there, and all of them have been perfect. You can't beat Luisa's facials - she is absolutely terrific, and my skin felt wonderful for weeks afterwards! I love their spa manis & pedis, too. Their attention to detail is what sets them apart. My pedicure lasted longer than ever. I love this place, and highly recommend it.
