Best Salon in Houston – What a great salon and wonderful experience! I thoroughly enjoyed the place, the people, and the entire atmosphere. The environment is clean, professional, and comfortable. I was a few minutes late to my appointment but they were so gracious and did not make me feel guilty at all. This definitely earns them brownie points in graciousness. My haircut was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended.

great place to go! – Chihn was the best hairdresser I've had in a LONG time! Not only did he give me a great cut with awesome color, he gave me expert advise on how to treat and style my hair without being asked. My hair hasn't looked this good in years. He wasn't even daunted when I told him I was getting married in a couple weeks and this is the cut I would have! Also, Louisa waxed my brows (I didn't even have an appointment for that) and you probably won't believe me when I tell you that it didn't even hurt. . .
Healing touch – I have had many massages, and tried several types of homeopathic treatments. Many of them have been moderate or fair, however my experience at Etheria was by far the best. From the moment I arrived to the time that I left I received outstanding customer service. I arrived early, and was only scheduled for a deep tissue massage. Giovanni is hair's best friend!! – I've brought many of my friends to Giovanni and he consistently makes them repeat customers. The service at Etheria is top notch and the owner is always doing his best to serve his customers-whether its meeting them at their car during bad weather with an umbrella or bending over backwards to fit you in with an appointment- he is great. Truly one of Houston's best salons !!!
Wonderful Experience!!! – I was in Houston on business and stumbled upon Etheria. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The best facial and manicure I've had in a long, long time. Highly recommend!

Watch your service time – Typically with most spas, if you are late, they shorten the length of your spa service. This spa is the same. If you arrived early and your massage therapist starts late, your service SHOULD NOT be cut short. We arrived 30 minutes early, but my massage started 20 minutes late. I insisted on the full time, however, my husband's was also late and he did not say anything so they shorted him 20 minutes. I complained to management and they discounted his service.
