Great doctor and staff. Dr. Webb is very patient and attentive. He doesn't try to rush you out the door. People have commented that he just refers you to other doctors but if it's something that needs attention beyond his scope of practice it's normal to do that.
My husband sees Dr Webb and really liked him as a PCP HOWEVER the office never picks up the phone. We have been calling for the past 2 weeks and left messages…..we are still waiting for a call back. The authorization process for referrals are horrible and the medical assistant Gayle is rude and lacks professionalism. As you can see in other reviews Gayle is a problem. Teresa on the other hand has always been courteous and professional.

Used to like this place but the nurse Gail is HORRIBLE and the main reason I am not going back. She has absolute NO bed side manor, interrupts you when you talk, and treats you like you are a number. When trying to tell her my concerns she doesn't want to hear it. Also, working in a medical office, one would think you would want to make yourself presentable, she looks like she rolled out if bed and stumbled her way in the office.
