My husband see Dr Webb and really liked him as a PCP HOWEVER the office never picks up the phone. We have been calling for the past 2 weeks and left messages…..we are still waiting for a call back.
Used to like this place but the nurse Gail is HORRIBLE and the main reason I am not going back. She has absolute NO bed side manor, interrupts you when you talk, and treats you like you are a number. When trying to tell her my concerns she doesn't want to hear it. Also, working in a medical office, one would think you would want to make yourself presentable, she looks like she rolled out if bed and stumbled her way in the office. Very thorough Dr. I never feel rushed during my visit. He listens to all my concerns and addresses them. Staff is kind. Highly recommend Dr Webb. Dr Webb truly cares about his patients.
