Dr. Tolbert is one of the best. Having him as a doctor is like having your most loved family member care for you.
The clinical lead Michelle proudly delivered the worst patience experience I’ve encountered in my 30 years of healthcare experiences. I have never witnessed such a proud display of mean girl spirt in any healthcare encounter globally. GCS should place recording cameras in Dr Tolbert’s office so they can witness firsthand her petty mean spirited delivery of healthCARE. How could they not see in interviews that she does NOT care!!!!! Simply beyond horrible!!!! I’m still in shock at her sincere mean spiritedness!!!!!!
I don't know how the doctor is because I never made it past his staff. First, a tech. got into an argument with me over my height which has been the same for 28 years. Height and weight are on my chart which this entire network has access to... and then she wanted me to take my shoes off, like I'm gonna lie about my height.
