I’ve been here on and off for the last couple of years and after my service today I don’t know if I’ll be back. I asked for a sugar pedicure and I told my tech I didn’t want callus remover and that I wanted the sugar scrub with the sponge scrubber only. She barely scrubbed my heels and did not use any sugar scrub. When I asked her about it she argued with me saying she did it. Very clean & professional nail spa. Have been coming here for over a 1yr. Staff is friendly & welcoming. I appreciate that Im offered water while service is being performed. My only complaint is that the chairs aren't comfortable after roughly 15min

This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. After completing the manicure, they demanded payment before applying the polish. This is extremely disrespectful and humiliating for a customer. It was my second visit, yet they treated me as if I might run away without paying — all for just $20. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. On top of that, the polish they used was old and ruined my nails within an hour. Poor service combined with rude treatment — I would not recommend this place to anyone.
