Getting maintenance done is like pulling teeth. It's absolutely ridiculous. No one attends to things in a timely manner, but they don't have any trouble raising your rent the maximum they're allowed. Same issue months later, still can barely get someone to attend to maintenance!!
Vive LA is a wonderful property management company, and the Ethan on Evans building is a great place to live! The management is very responsive to the tenants' needs, and helps make the community a great place to be. This building is also very pet friendly and quiet.
