We got our first Investment property built by Ethan Homes (seby). This is not a small property. Its a luxury French Provincial House in the heart of Mount Waverley. Initially we hesitated to go with him thinking he is a small builder. But after discussing the process with him and explaining our requirements we were overwhelmed by the knowledge he possess. Worst builder I have come across in my life. Slow-took 3 years to build my houses. Worst workmanship ever. Stay away from this builder.
