If I could give Ethan Crossing of Indianapolis 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I stayed from Monday, September 14, through Friday, September 18. My experience left me feeling frightened, humiliated, and unsupported. Staffs interactions were dismissive, mean, and verbally abusive, and I left feeling that my time there had been wasted. After being transported to the facility, I was locked in a room, scared, crying, and thirsty. I had a very interesting experience never again never I do appreciate them get me on the proper meds and proper diagnosis and everything else I would not do it again you guys need specialized training in autism a difference between a anger issue an Autism meltdown or shut down I should follow a complaint with you guys with the American Disability act for reasonable accommodations
The nurses and technicians were so disrespectful and belligerent to patients. I have never seen anything like it. Nurses would laugh at patients, and a tech called another patient crazy, and when she was confronted about it, she said “mind your business”. They showed very little compassion or interest in getting to know patients. Nurses would refuse to answer basic questions. I have never been to a hospital where care has been so poor. It was a changing experience for the better. I recommend it for the few that are headed down the same road I've been down.
