Great experience from day 1. Dr. Baughman explained everything thoroughly regarding the reconstruction after the double mastectomy. How long it would take, what the process was going to be, and approx. how long recovery may take. He made me feel comfortable and at ease.
He scheduled my appointment the next day after hearing about my dislocated lunate bone because of the importance of getting it fixed asap! His professionalism, ability to explain what he is going to perform and what to expect, i was very happy with him. Hopefully i don't need to see him for more injuries, if I do, at least I know who I'm going to call. Before "bad" and after "good" pictures attached of my xrays.
Dr. Baughman was incredibly helpful for my mom after a terrible fall. He was direct, very knowledgeable and kind. He did not recommend surgery and went out of his way to give us provider referrals like PT for her recovery. He spent time answering our questions and getting to know us. I was very happy that my mom’s follow up was in his care.
Dr. Baughman has been a blessing to our family. He performed two surgeries on one of my family members, the first surgery being an emergency surgery that saved her life. This family member was difficult to work with and he never waivered in how he treated them. His bedside manor is professional and completely heartfelt. Following a bike accident resulting in horrible nose and upper lip damage, I was lucky enough to be on the receiving end of Dr. Baughman's incredible reconstructive surgical skills. Due to his wonderful efforts, my face is recovering well and will once again look normal when I've fully healed. Dr. Baughman is not only highly skilled, technically. He is also kind, encouraging, patient when answering all of my questions and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him for any plastic surgery needs.
