As a drop in I was made to feel right at home. Gary (owner/trainer) and Michele (trainer) are very knowledgable and always there watching to make sure your movements are correct. The WODs are intense but quite gratifying. What really struck me though was the camaraderie of all the fitters...they did not know me at all however they all rallied around me to help me finish (for me) a particular difficult WOD. Thank you Crossfit Eternity can't wait to see you all again!

Awesome box! Great attention to form on lifts and fun, challenging programming. Coach & members were super welcoming when I dropped-in!! Definitely recommend dropping in if you're visiting the southern Orange County area.
Best work out class I have ever been to! Never liked going to classes, but this one pushes me in a way that I could never do on my own. It's fun and different every day and is never boring or repetitive. It's amazing the things your body can do that you never thought was possible. Everyone should try it!!
