RecommendedEternity Crossfit rocks! Gary and all the coaches are really knowledgeable and care about my fitness goals. I’m new to CrossFit and all the coaches take time to show me the proper techniques and correct my forms when I’m doing it wrong. They will scale all fitness levels and/or injuries to make sure you get the most out of the workout, without sacrificing the fundamentals. As for other members of the box, they sure make it enjoyable! They helped me pushed thru a lot of reps that I wouldn’t be able to do on my own.
Amazing box. Gary, Michelle, Erik, Todd, Pam and Alex are awesome coaches, every one of them. Great group of members, young and old, men and women, all very encouraging to this 57 year old overweight and out of shape male that's decided to take control of his health.
Eternity CF is awesome! Gary Villegas (owner) is an excellent coach and genuinely cares about the fitness and health of his athletes. He has done an excellent job at selecting coaches that are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and welcoming. The best part is that there are athletes of all skill levels, sizes and ages. The fellow athletes are inviting and friendly. I definitely would recommend Eternity CF to anyone looking for a fitness program that they can incorporate into their lifestyle.

The coaches watch you like hawks and don't push you into injuries. Everyone is very knowledgeable and it's a true community. Plus there is good latin music from time to time lol. Love it

I have been going to Eternity Crossfit for a little over a year now and it has been the best decision I have made for myself! I actually look forward to coming here and working out! I decided that I needed to start taking care of myself (after 4 years of letting myself go) and decided to join Eternity after my teenage son began taking the classes.
