Incredibly Rude Service – Upon trying to make an appointment with the owner I was told that you cannot use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. She then asked me if I have ever worked for a large corporation or owned my own business. She said if I did I would know that this is an industry standard. I then called 2 other area spas who said it would be no problem to use 2 gift certificates towards the same service. Very Good – When walking into Eternal, The Spa you are greeted promptly by a pretty girl at the desk with a smile. If your a walk in they try to accomodate you but if they can't theyll set you up with an appointment for a another day. If you have an appoitment you are walked into a beautiful room where they ask you if you need anything. The staff is personable and kind. The services are very very good. Owner attitude will turn potential customers away – I am not commenting on the spas service, as I never got far enough to experience it. The customer service was less than accomodating. The woman I spoke with claimed to be the owner, which makes my unpleasant experience even more upsetting. She was rude and got personal, which caused me to cancel my appointment. Upon discussing my experience with others in my area, it turns out some knew of this individual and her less than stellar reputation.
