Had a referral to Dr. Peshcha for some mole removal, could not be more impressed with the clerical admins calling and giving me all the information I required prior to my appointment, office was clean and well setup, Dr. Peshcha was extremely pleasant, empathetic to my nervousness, put me right ease by explaining everything he was doing, was absolutely brilliant with the freezing did not even feel the needle going in, extremely skilled taking them off, gave me all the post op information when he was finished, asked several t... read more

They open at 9am My appt was for 1130am. I arrived early only to sit 1.75 hours until 1315hrs to get to see the dr. I asked her how she was behind schedule by 2.5 hours when they've only been open for 4hrs out of an 8hr day Not acceptable. She wasnt pleased to hear my comment.
Always friendly, always fast, always efficient. From the nicest, kindest and most understanding lady making the phone appts. to the lovely, knowledgeable and able to immediately identify the problem Dr. Anastasia herself. 10/10, highly recommend.
All the skin fell off my hands. I couldn't even lift 5 lbs. I finally got in. She was short tempered, dismissive, cold. She refused to do an allergy test or bloodwork or any type of follow-up. Just gave me a steriod cream and sent me off saying she didn't know why it happened. That night, I went home and put it onto my open wounds , it literally burned like fire.
