The receptionist and nurse were very friendly. Dr. Huma Jaffar was not. She acted like I was an inconvenience from the outset. She was impatient and talked fast, would not clarify, interrupted repeatedly, and was verbally combative and rude. I was told I would need a referral to a rheumatologist. When I informed her that my family doctor was staggering referrals and asked if there was something I could say to make it seem more important, I was told to "stop making it about me and the referrals." in the least polite way possi... read more
Wildly unprofessional dermatologist (Dr Jaffar). Made inappropriate comments and expressions about multiple issues and made patient feel uncomfortable. Poor bedside manner.

Had a referral to Dr. Peshcha for some mole removal, could not be more impressed with the clerical admins calling and giving me all the information I required prior to my appointment, office was clean and well setup, Dr. Peshcha was extremely pleasant, empathetic to my nervousness, put me right ease by explaining everything he was doing, was absolutely brilliant with the freezing did not even feel the needle going in, extremely skilled taking them off, gave me all the post op information when he was finished, asked several t... read more
