I have been a client of Kyle Valery for over three years. I am a Type 1 diabetic and in those three years he has helped me control my blood sugar levels through diet and exercise. I am extremely pleased at my overall health which I contribute to Kyle’s help. Kyle is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to work with me. Kyle is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated trainers/nutritionists I have ever known and worked with. It is great to see someone out there that surpasses the meathead "EAT YOUR PROTEIN AND WORKOUT!" trainer mold and can actually custom tailor a life changing program for pretty much anyone to match their personal attributes and needs. For anyone looking for a trainer or nutritional coach that is easy to work with, cares about his clients, and will get you the results you are looking for, I highly recommend Kyle!
