The customer service provided by Helen was great. She is extremely knowledgeable. As a male buying a mother's day present in a cosmetic store, I'm clueless. She was extremely patient and helpful. My complaint to Shiseido is, after purchasing over $300 worth of Shiseido products, Shiseido has the audacity to charge for a paper bag (it's a paper bag, don't give me environmental excuses, even if it's a plastic bag, I just spent $300).
