Not only is the staff amazing, but the products far exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and design work that we received from Rachel and Kevin, was more than we could have ever asked for. This company is truly a first class operation.
Let me start off by saying the employee that assisted us, Rachel, was great. The tile that we purchased, while slightly overpriced, was great. My one complaint with Etched In Stone is that they do not take returned tile. If you go to just about any other tile store you will be able to return unopened boxes if you bought more than you needed. If you buy from Etched In Stone, triple check the square feet needed as you will not be able to return unused, in-box, product.
