RecommendedMy daughter and I enjoyed a meal before a concert. The roasted cauliflower is delicious but beware: the portion is huge. I had the smoked salmon salmon salad which was excellent. Crisp beets and creamy dressing dressing with a large topping of salmon. My daughter had scallops that were perfectly seared and presented well.

I’ve eaten at Etch over the years and have enjoyed the eclectic food and service. My last few experiences have not been enjoyable, my meal last night came barely warm. I ordered the seasonal fish Entrée very disappointing it was like they took leftovers that needed to be used and put this dish together. Not in a good way🤢

Service was of the utmost spectacular. The appetizers splendid, loved the Roasted Cauliflower. The entrees were superb, Venison awesome, filet spectacular. Dessert was delicious, chocolate pretzel moose to die for.

My wife and I reserved a table here for her birthday while in Nashville from Arizona. The food was outstanding! We both got something different and shared. I venture to say...I don’t think there’s anything on their menus that isn’t good. The staff was phenomenal!!!! So impressed with an Old Fashioned and venison offering outside WI. But Etch takes it gourmet. Finished off with Mexican hot chocolate ice cream and cappuccino.
