I brought a group of 10 to this restaurant for dinner and I must say, the execution and service was excellent! The chef was offering a Pan seared wild-caught Halibut that 7/10 people at the table ordered. We had a wonderful time at Etch. It was our first visit and it lived up to the high reviews. Our customers really enjoyed their meals. I had the Venison and it was to die for. I will come back went I visit Nashville and highly recommend it.
We had a very good dinner at Etch while visiting Nashville. We shared the octopus and shrimp bruschetta, scallops, and the etch salad. Everything was well prepared and flavorful, and we enjoyed trying several different dishes. The restaurant also had a polished but comfortable atmosphere that made it a nice place for dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would return.
I highly recommend a visit to Etch! Everything I had was delicious, but the beef carpaccio was especially outstanding! The bartenders are great, and are more than happy to whip you up something off menu if you ask (like the strawberry gimlet pictured). Also, the pavlova was a delicious light and refreshing dessert, another great recommendation from the bartenders! The menu is creative and well balanced, and I think everyone will find something they love here!
