Was over-billed and their service is $250/hr. Their technician showed up and said he could not do the job and that I was going to need “another technician”, then proceeded to guess his way. Only needed a few simple tweaks and these were not done, however the technician was parked outside of my house longer than he was inside and that is how ETC does their billing (by verifying GPS position of their vehicles). We were having problems with our WiFi in a few rooms. Nick showed up to our house with this cool scanner that mapped WiFi performance across the entire property. He provided a couple options for us to upgrade our network with data & mapping to back up his proposal. We went with the more expensive option--a commercial-grade network--and I couldn't be happier. I didn't know internet could ever be this fast, reliable and consistent across our entire home (even our backyard)!
