Talk about terrible service!!!!!! ETC has not one care in the world to get your project completed in a timely manor. Service department does not know much about anything, the extreme lack of follow up calls, or getting a simple answer if a part is ordered is next to impossible. I have to make countless phone calls to get status updates or to make sure the part is actually ordered- this makes it very frustration when we are paying top dollar for what?
Great company. Excellent customer service
As a long-term customer of 20+yrs, I’m sad to say that service levels and responsiveness have been slipping for years, now sub-par. 10 days for a service call. Equipment and labor charges are inflated. The only thing that’s quick is billing, I’m not a happy customer any longer.
