Not used to big cities but the people at Etage were very nice and friendly made our stay a little more comfortable.The room was very spacious. The view was awsome. Places to eat were very close so it made it easy to get food. Wouldn't mind staying there again. Thank u all.
Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights, in Pittsburgh, for a family members wedding. We booked a Studio Suite. When we got there the Front Desk Agent let us know that our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite. We had a great room with a great city view. We even had our own private outdoor sitting area. The Front Desk Agent was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the room. Steve here is absolutely horrible. When we entered the hotel to when we asked for something days later
Bathroom drain didn't drain well. If you like salt and pepper, bring your own. They don't have any in the room.
