Dr. Yoo and her team are amazing. She meets each patient with enthusiasm and warmth, and it is so comforting knowing you are in good hands which is something I hadn’t really felt with previous dental care providers. The staff here do their best to provide top notch care and customer service and it is evident each time I visit. Dr. Yoo is THE BEST! We had a great experience all around with orthodontics for my two kids. She is so thorough, skilled, personable, efficient, and positive. All questions answered so thoroughly, my kids felt super at ease, and the results are amazing!! Totally recommend!!!!
I just want to say that Palo Alto Orthodontics has been wonderful to us since the first visit. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Their facility is so clean and enjoyable to be there. From the first time we met Dr. Jenny Yoo, she had the biggest smile 😊 She was so excited to help my son achieve the best smile that he would be happy with. I don’t think you could get a better orthodontist than Dr. Yoo. She is the best! We are so thankful to have found her! Even with the long trip to Palo Alto it’s worth it.
We love Palo Alto Orthodontics! The team is always very friendly, caring, and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they are always ready to help and answer questions. We truly feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointing experience with Palo Alto Orthodontics. While Dr. Yoo and staff are pleasant, they did not deliver. In fact, several months and many thousand dollars later, they made my teeth worse rather than better. Please see the before and after pictures below. I came to Dr. Yoo with a smile shown in the first and second photos below. My teeth looked good but she thought we could further straighten and improve my smile for the long term.
