I never thought I needed braces and certainly never expected to get them at age 60, but I've been completely satisfied with Dr. Yoo's confident, professional approach to my rather complicated situation. She and every staff person that helped me during treatment were fantastic. She gave me a good idea what to expect and was responsive when I couldn't tolerate a palate bar - without judgement, she found another way. She coordinated closely with my dentist and periodontist. Highly recommended.
Extremely disappointing experience with Palo Alto Orthodontics. While Dr. Yoo and staff are pleasant, they did not deliver. In fact, several months and many thousand dollars later, they made my teeth worse rather than better. Please see the before and after pictures below. Dr. Yoo is an experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate orthodontist. She’s patient and skilled with kids. Her staff is helpful and her office space is bright and new. We enjoy our visits and are grateful for her expertise!
Dr. Yoo is amazing! I trust her with my daughter’s treatment and she’s about to treat my son as well. She’s thorough and listens to me and my kids regarding and concerns we have. We highly recommend her and her team!
Our experience at Dr. Yoo’s clinic has been wonderful. My son has sensory needs and a lot of resistance to any type of doctor appointment and has really struggled with some of the orthodontic procedures. The patience the staff has shown him has been exceptional, and Katrina in particular has been able to work with him in a way few medical professionals have. We are very thankful and hopeful as we move forward with more procedures.
