I had a very disappointing experience. At first, they welcomed me for a nail appointment. After I showed the nail design I wanted, the technician started making excuses, saying they didn’t have that gel. I politely suggested using a different gel, but then she changed the excuse and said my natural nails were too short, even after I told her I was fine with using nail tips. I absolutely love this nail salon. Very friendly environment, clean and accommodating. No matter who does my pedicure, I always leave with soft feet and cute toes. I usually get a manicure as well and again, top tier service. Highly recommend!
Not honest about the wait times. And they were rude when confronted about the time. Disappointed in their customer service and lack of accountability.
The BEST nail salon in fontana! I have been coming here for years to get my mani/pedi and I will keep coming back :) Wonderful women here
