RecommendedVery well made product. Greatly improved ride of zero turn mower. My only suggestion is to make sure your feet will be able to reach the platform of your mower if your seat is raised 3 or 4 inches. My wife cant inflate all the way and reach. She partially inflates and gets some benefit from it. Overall A+ product.
Recently had warranty issues for a bad inflater. The techs and office staff were very helpful getting a replacement. It seems this sourced inflater is the only negative in this design.
Might be a great product but customer service is nonexistent. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over two weeks now left multiple messages sent emails I was told someone is going to call me back multiple times and I have not been able to speak with anyone about this product. If there was any other seat on the market that I think would work for me I would certainly go that route rather than dealing with the hassle of trying to get information on this product. Unbelievable I will be telling everyone I know about this airride so smooth to ride on now .
Just installed this on my Husqvarna MZ5225ZT. Installation is straight forward, only took about 30 minutes, and dam what a difference it makes. I drove it across the bumpiest part of my yard and could go full speed in total comfort. Totally worth the money!!
My husband loves the puffer seat. Smooth ride and no more back pain.
Made all the difference in the world on my Hustler Mini Z. I cut four acres of rough terrain and this thing is saving my back and legs. Wish I had spent the money on it much earlier!!
