Dr. ********************** is very professional and very nice. However, his office staff (receptionist) AND billing - (******) are the most unprofessional rude sarcastic people I have ever come across. Extremely condescending. They double **** and charge for services that have not been rendered And when trying to get a corrected billing statement ****** manages to be unavailable and when you try to work with some of the other staff they come back and say you have to wait for ****** to go over it. I had a great experience at Estrella Mountain Dentistry. I came in for a routine cleaning. I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time. Lynda was great. She was quick with the xrays and pictures. I enjoyed the tv on the ceiling. My teeth needed a good cleaning and she was very thorough and gentle. I was extremely satisfied with the final result. She explained everything clearly and was pleasant to talk to. I'm looking forward to my next appointment here! Thank you Lynda!

Suzanne is a wonderful hygienist! First dentistry I have EVER been to where I did not require multiple shots to become numb enough for dental work. And I didn't even feel much of ther injection itself! Love this office!! I moved to North Phoenix and still go here... that's how awesome they are!
