So far not good, I have been trying to get In touch with Estrella for 5 days, no one answers phones, there is no option to make a claim in the website, haven’t been able to drive my vehicle because of a broken windshield and need to melé a claim but is next to impossible, I’m starting to regret insuring my vehicle with Estrella, imagine it was an emergency l, help is NOT EXISTENT.

This have been the worse customer service that I have been had, they just focus on sales But when you need help, they put you on hold telling you “we will call you later “ And when you call the next day they said “i have been really busy, at the end of the day call you back”
Terrible work. They don't answer the phone. They're incompetent and have no interest in providing good service or customer service. They're simply terrible. It's the last place I would recommend for your insurance quote. It's better not to get insurance before becoming their client. Save yourself the trouble.
