Wanted to use an insurance broker instead of going online but the girl who was working today didn’t acknowledge me or talk, didn’t say hello. There was no one In the office and she looked so annoyed to have to open the door. I had to force even a hello out of her. I’d rather deal with a computer if this is how human customer service is. I left. Such a shame.
